K Series Electromagnetic Brake Motors |

These motors are directly coupled
to an AC electromagnetic brake which
is activated when power is not applied.
When the power source is turned off,
the motor stops instantaneously and
holds the load. Since the electromagnetic
brakes exert holding power even while
the power is off, they are ideal for
use as emergency brakes and in vertical
load applications.
